SHIPPING
How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and 7-10 business days for standard shipping time.
How can I track my order?
After checking out you will receive an order confirmation email or SMS from our webstore. Once the order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS for tracking purposes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How can I cancel or change my order?
Orders that have not been fulfilled can usually be canceled or changed. Please email info@enjinhaus.com with your order number and the details of your request. We will do everything we can to accommodate changes, but please understand that we cannot guarantee the revision.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the order. Please refer to our return policy for returns or exchanges.
What is the return policy?
Customers will have seven days after receiving their order to request a return or exchange. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in clean, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Customers are responsible to pay for the return shipping. Refunds and exchanges may take up to 10 business days to be processed once the items have been received at our warehouse. Upon approved inspections, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
